GCC is able to brand products with the Optimal Blue logo, as well as other affiliate logos according to standards provided to us by your corporate headquarters. 4. What is the normal lead time for receiving merchandise after placing an order? Please allow up to five business days for UPS delivery except in Ohio where many locations receive next day delivery as standard. Overnight, 3 Day, and 2 Day service is available upon request at an additional charge. |
5. Does GCC offer rush service? As items shown in the Optimal Blue Promoshop are in stock for immediate shipment, the best way to speed up the receipt of your shipment is through upgraded freight service at an additional charge. Should you believe you need expedited service, you may either contact us prior to placing your order and speaking with our Customer Service Specialists or by designating your event or occasion IN HAND DATE in the Checkout process. Rush service must be requested at time of order placement. |
6. Does GCC offer volume discounts? The Optimal Blue PromoShop has been designed to benefit all associates whether they need a few pieces or a few hundred pieces. 7. Are setup, shipping, and taxes additional charges? With items ordered from this site, there are no setup fees for you to pay. Shipping charges are additional, and our preferred carrier is UPS offering ground, overnight, second and third day services based upon your needs. Other carriers may be utilized upon request. Where appropriate, sales tax will be added to your invoice. |
8. How do I return an item if it becomes necessary? Please examine items upon receipt. Returns or exchanges can be made only with prior authorization from General Commercial Corporation and must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or invoice for proper identification and credit. Returns will be accepted for 30 days from invoice date.
